Shipping Notices

 
 
 
If you want customers to perceive the delivery speed and send notices to customers timely after goods are shipped, which can not only reduce the pressure of after-sales consultation, but also improve customer satisfaction to a certain extent and increase customer loyalty. Shipping notices exactly meet your needs.
 
1. Click "More"→ "Shipping Notices" at the top of the page and click "New".
 
 
2. Select buyer from the drop down list and click "Create", they would only show customers with TP relationship.
 
 
3. A draft shipping notice is created, fill in below needed shipping information.
 
 
4. Click "Add" to add PO line items.
 
 
5. Select items related to the chosen buyer, then click "Add". Items and "Document No." search only show fully confirmed POs.
 
6. In the items list, enter shipping quantity, then click "Next".
 
 
7. Click "Submit" if you have finished entering the required information.
 
 
8. Shipping notice status become "SUBMITTED", your customer can view the documents once you've submitted.
