Survey

1. If your customer has created a survey for you to answer when inviting you for registration, then you would receive an email of "Survey /Questionnaires from Customer", click "View" to access the survey page.

2. You can also log in TacticBuy, click your company name at the upper right to access Administration page and click "Customer Manager" → "My Trading Partners" →"Open" to answer the survey.

3. You can have a view about the survey owner, close time and status. Click the survey title to answer.

4. Click "Save" after finishing the survey and your buyer can review the answer from their side. Please note that all mandatory questions have to be answered before you save.
