10. What to do if supplier cannot bid online?


When the bidder cannot login the platform for bidding because of Force Majeure, the buyer can help the bidder to bid.
On the Control Center page, move your cursor to the name of the bidder who needs help. The "Proxy Bid" button will appear. Click it to enter the bidder's bidding page and input the prices provided by the bidder and submit. 







The content that the buyer sees on the proxy bidding page is basically the same as that seen by the supplier, with a note above the bidding page reminding this is a proxy bidding for that particular supplier.
