1. How to get started ?

TACTICA eSourcing Platform is pretty easy to use.

You need a user account to login to the platform. Please contact your company platform Administrator or TACTICA Customer Success Center (Support@TacticaCommerce.com) for a new access account. If you already have a User Account, login using the registered email and password.  After successful login, you will arrive at your Home Page. At the bottom left-hand corner, there is a link "New to TS" that brings you to the useful Buyer Help page. You would be able to learn how to use the platform within a few minutes.






 

Here you could find interactive demo modules that teach you step-by-step how to configure and manage different types of RFX templates. You are recommended to pay more attention to the Sealed Bid, Reverse Auction and Project Implementation.
